No. One account per person is required by our terms and payment-partner rules. Multiple accounts may be closed without notice. If you've lost access to an old account, contact support to recover it instead.

Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Maximum per transaction is Rp 50,000,000. Daily Deposit references may apply based on your payment method and account history.

Withdrawals are reviewed within 24 hours and sent to your payment method. DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers arrive within 1-2 hours. QRIS transfers depend on your bank and may take up to 3 business days.

Report disputes to support within 30 days of the transaction. We'll investigate and respond within 7 business days. If unresolved, escalation paths are outlined in Section 8 of these terms.
